This evening, we’ll gather for our official Welcome Meet & Greet — a relaxed introduction over cocktails and light bites as we connect, review the days ahead, and toast to an unforgettable experience in Thailand.
Temples & Royal Bangkok
Today we explore Bangkok’s spiritual and royal landmarks — visiting iconic temples and the historic Grand Palace for a powerful introduction to Thailand’s culture and heritage.
Floating Markets & Thai Culinary Experience
We venture beyond the city to experience Thailand’s famous markets and waterways before returning for an immersive, hands-on Thai cooking experience led by expert chefs.
Onward to Phuket
This morning we fly south to Phuket for the second half of our journey. After check-in, enjoy time to relax and settle into island life.
Phang Nga Bay and James Bond Island
Take to the water on a private longtail boat as we explore the stunning limestone cliffs and emerald waters of Phang Nga Bay, with time to swim, relax, and enjoy a scenic lunch.
Phuket Elephant Sanctuary
Spend a meaningful morning at a respected elephant sanctuary, observing and learning about these incredible animals in a conservation-focused environment before returning to the resort for leisure time.

Today we check out and begin our journey home. Transfers will be arranged for your return flight as we say farewell to Thailand — until the next adventure.

Failed Payments:
If a payment attempt fails, we will retry up to three times. After three unsuccessful attempts, your account will be marked as “in default.” Accounts that enter default status twice will incur a $50 reinstatement fee.
Late Payments:
If the final payment is not received by the due date specified on your invoice, a $150 late payment fee will be applied.
Specific 4-star hotel accommodations will be received within a couple weeks of the trip with our trip packages and details.
There is a monthly payment schedule until final payment.
All packages must be paid in full by January 15, 2027 or pay an additional $150 late fee per person. This event is on a first come first serve basis and may sell out before the actual date. (if you’re on the auto-payment plan, you have nothing to worry about!)
Yes, you can adjust your package if you want to add or subtract people or add additional days to your package. Any changes are subject to a $75 change fee.
All packages are non-refundable due to contractual obligations unless travel insurance is purchased. Travel Insurance is available for an additional cost per person. Refunds will not be provided due to a roommate’s cancellation. It is your responsibility to find a replacement for your package and provide replacement information via email. International airfare is not included, but you can find cheap flights by clicking here! You will be solely responsible to obtain your flight to and from Thailand. If you miss your flight, it is your responsibility to reach out to the hotel directly, and ABrown Planning to let us know that you are still arriving, or it will be assumed that you are forfeiting your room. ABrown Planning is not responsible for any changes in flights or cancellations. All deposits and payments are non-refundable due to hotel and transportation contractual obligations unless travel insurance is bought.

Daily breakfast will be included but the hotel will not be all-inclusive.
If you are currently a single occupant and want to change to double occupancy, Yes. We will adjust your rate. You have until the deadline to make room changes.
If the roommate you selected cancels, your rate will adjust to the revised (single person) rate or you can replace them. Any cancellations within 60 days of the event are your responsibility, however, we will try our hardest to help you replace them.
It is recommended that you get travel insurance that protects against travel and weather issues.
We will be staying at 4-star hotel. We provide details on the resort/hotel 45 days before the trip.
Roommates must declare occupancy of single or double. If a roommate drops out and is not replaced, the rate will be revised to the proper occupancy or the roommate can be replaced. If ABrown Planning has booked your roommate, we will handle the changes.
